- We stayed at beach front room which is very sastisfied with the view. Only few steps to the beach. - The Beach area is very quite and peacful which is very good for recharge body and soul - Laundry shop near by. - Beach boy staff and the clean lady are very nice.

- The hotel is too expensive, comparing the overall experience what we have got. I think we willnot come back tp stay here again surely. - The receptionist was a bit unpolite. It was obvious with her speaking tone. - Swimming pool is a a bit dirty. - The hotel looks luxury but the staffs are not that friendly and unprofessinal. They just work because they have to. They barely understand english which is lead to missunderstanding. - Breakfast could be better than this, Thai food was prttey bad and we are quite surprised that we got coffee from a coffee pot. - Car rental is possible. Although the vaious prices are shown on the paper eventhough there is no info about the extra charge for 500.-THB. The receptionist said that If we would like to rent a car we have to pay extra 500.-THB because the car now is at the airport ans they have to drive the car over to the hotel for us. We ended up not to rent a car. - If you want to go somewhere, you better to rent a car directly from the airport (which is cheaper) or motorbike rental also near by. - Taxi price starts at 300.-THB per way. - Not much options for the restaurants near by.

One of the most beautiful views I have seen. The beach is just astonishing.

The service left much to be desired. Some of the staff were impolite and unfriendly. Moreover, the location was very remote, so having your own vehicle was essential. Otherwise, they charged a fixed and exorbitant fee (around 20 USD) to take you anywhere, even if it was nearby.

Very relaxing place, beautiful view from the seaview rooms, great Thai food at the restaurant.

The staff did not speak English sufficiently which led to several misunderstandings. Also, we had a problem with the toilet suddenly starting to flood in the middle of our firat night and we had to change rooms (in the middle of the night). We did get an apology, but no compensation at all for the inconvenience, even though we asked for it.

Great location, with beach villas looking out at the sea. Restaurant and housekeeping staff all lovely and the views over the beach to the islands were spectacular.

Initial impressions weren't great, as reception staff weren't at all welcoming and our first meal wasn't the best, plus reception actually took the deposit from our credit card rather than simply freezing it - not great as we obviously lose out on exchange rates.

Lovely beach in front, very clean with absolutely stunning sunsets. Nice hotel with a cool pool for my teens.

The restaurant can do better. The food it's meh... they can improve on that way a lot.

Beautiful resort, very calm position in front of Andaman Sea with a really stunning and relaxing view (unforgettable sight with low tide), breakfast ok, access pool room very nice and comfortable, ideal place if you look for some calm far away from crowds, noise and confusion

The restaurant on the beach is very bad both in terms of service and of quality of food: one night we had to wait more than an hour for a dinner with no salt and really bad, they tried to make me pay for it but fortunately they gave up after my strong complains (to be sorry is not a solution for this issue, 100 meters away from the resort there's another restaurant definitely much better for everything). It's simply unacceptable for such a resort like this to provide such a bad service with clearly inadequate and unprepared staff

It's a beach front property so its ideal for holiday makers. I loved the complementary kayaking service.

It's difficult sometimes to get a taxi to go to the nearest town or village. Unfortunately, their taxi is a bit expensive.

Lovely hotel on an amazing beach. Pool access room to a salt water pool.

Only niggle would be the bed - we requested a twin room and had a extra large king and the mattress was very hard.

the hotel and rooms are literally on the beach ..amazing Sunset and equally sunrise over the small many islands as you wake up ..the beach is a little shelly but clean and no tide or current .. you can walk a long way in ankle to knee depth water .. perfectly safe for kids rooms where typical beach residence comfy and appealing .. 12 TV channel most in English with true vision. Exceptional front of house with perfect English into beach bar and restaurant great sunset sundowners and food of good quality... Buffet Breakfast of excellent quality something different for everyone and EGGS TO ORDER that was a wow wow

cold shower !! ouch ..quite a long way from Krabi town 18-30 KM depending where you want ..bar closes 9pm ..ouch No Beach or background music to promote a romantic ambiance very very quite ,,

Everything was lovely except the staff seemed a little unhappy apart from a lady called Rain who was really nice and wanted to make sure the guests had what they needed and were happy. she is a real asset to this hotel

Very clean and the staff were all polite. Definitely good value for money.

Perfect for a relaxing and easy days. Comfy beds, good breakfast and two pools. Nice restaurant at the beach, totally ok to eat lunch in a bikini :) Easy to walk to the national park and do the mountain hike through the jungle!

Not much gluten free options at breakfast. Except from the national park, it was a bit too far walking by foot to other places than just Tup Keak beach, so for a long stay you could feel a little bit isolated.

The view and the chairs in the room balcony was amazing, best part of the hotel. The beach was super calm, desert and beautiful.

Breakfast should be a lot better for the level of the hotel. Bed was big but not comfortable and very old and small tv.

Room smelled damp, toilet smelled of drains, room wasn’t cleaned properly, no possibility of a late checkout eve entertained. Food inconsistent- coffee awful. I loved this hotel when it was a fraction of the price, which is why we’ve been back repeatedly, but now it’s busier, more expensive by far and the service isn’t great- it’s no longer worth the money. There are far better places to spend 185 pounds per night. Such a shame
